best workout ever
I gota say i did not go to the gym at all this weekend, but i spent allday sat and sunday in the auditorium climbing 70ft vertical ladders, and crawlin around on my knees hangin lights in the catwalk. I woke up this morning and this quite possibly the sorest i can remember being in the last 2-3 years.
Just thought i would share that with you guys before i took off for class. |

You hit a lot of different ranges of motion that you don't typically workout in a gym. That's my guess anyways
