What's everyone favorite 1 tune when they lift?
I know we have plenty of them, but if you could pick one out or have one right now, which one is it?
Mine is; "Down With The Sickness" Disturbed /\This tune here I listen on DL's, Bench, Back and MP day's...Otherwise I listen to whatever else is in my MP3...This song really pumps me up like I want to kill someone  It use to be Staind "So Far Away", then it was JayZ/Linkin Park remix "Dirt Of Your Shoulders"

some rap or metal here. My gym is old school but they play gay ass music. Me and my sister have made a couple of bad ass cd's to jam out to there, play them on the system they have. Next thing u know it someone takes it off and plays
 music, little techno, disco. Nothing wrong with that but come on it a gym, people are pumped up and wanna have something good to jam out too.

at my "health club" wouldnt go for it and I dont have an mp3 player. I dont really hear much while I'm lifting anyway.
