Chopin Etude in C# Minor, Opus 10, No. 4 Played by my hero and idol, Sviatoslav Richter. Etude means "study" in French... etudes are meant to be study pieces for students, generally boring but meant to exercise something specific, for example, the strength of the pinky, but Chopin was the first composer to actually turn etudes into legitimate concert pieces. Now, I know most of you guys don't care for classical music, but you don't need to in order to appreciate this clip.
