Hey Juice, your new avatar is well.....errr...ummm...GORGEOUS!!!!
I am a geek too, I'd say Photoshop is the best program to resize with, once you have resized you can play with the resolution. Sometimes the pic is the right size but the file size may still be huge. If anyone needs any help, lemme know!!!
Hey Timber, you should use photoshop to colour correct your pic, its a bit dark..
