We lost 2 guys in my department and I'm doing all their work plus mine right now. We went though the interviewing process and do have someone who will be starting tomorrow. Then I will have to train him until he gets up to speed with our environment. He's a really bright guy so I'm hoping that doesn't take to long. Hopefully things will start slowing down and I will be able to spend more time at SM again. Believe me it can’t come soon enough! Way to much stress right now!!!

Well you need to get a bigger screen then!

My Grandmother is 1/2 Native American Indian (which doesn't make me a whole lot of Indian but... ) and I have always been very interested in their lifestyle.

FB- Do you have any American Indian in you??
