Neat Idea
My brother, pwoody gave me this idea. If you have a hard time mixing your protein and don't fell like buying a shaker cup, just use an old vitamin bottle. Throw the protein and water/milk in add lid and shake. Works really well.

shaker cups are like 3 bucks
 and usually a good store will give you one if you go in and buy a few jugs of powder.
