Get through airport security faster

I saw this on the news. You join a pre-screening system and you can get through security faster. It only seemed reasonable for frequent flyers. It cost a one time fee of $100, you have to be a citizen of permenant resident, and have a background check.

I saw a travel tip article recently that showed where you can look to see all of the entry & exit points at an airport. It also detailed avg. screening times at each spot, so you could get through more quickly.

The last two times I've taken a flight it's taken me literally 5 mins to get through security - I don't think I'd pay $100 for that....

It all depends on when your flying. I know when I fly I try to get the off the wall times. Some people, especially those who fly frequently, as in weekly or more, for business dont have a choice for when they fly and saving them half an hour once or twice a month, even if it is that little, is way worth it.
Now is that a long, hard to read sentence or what?
