is that safe... before I put in my info I hope its not a fishing scheme....but I need to stop my junk mail badly. I get like 3 a day. is there I a way I can stop my bills to and have them paid by someone else

Usually people who get those are because you've applied for credit before and it was turned down...They sell your information; hence the solicitation...
