9/11 tribute
Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings is one of the saddest and most beautiful pieces of music ever composed.
If you don't get a lump in your throat or a tear in your eye while watching this, you aren't human.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRMz8fKkG2g

I get a lump in my throat but anger is the emotion that overpowers me. I am still not used to a NYC skyline without the towers. I think it is harder for those of us who live in and around NYC then it is for those who don't. Not the that the rest of the country dosent feel sad, I just mean that those towers were part of our neighborhood. It hit us in a more personal matter then it did the rest of the country I think. Not only was it attack on my country but it was an attack on my neighborhood.
