Question Swollen hands

:hmmm: Everytime I do DL's, the next day I wake up swollen like this for days...It pumps pretty much all day...I wonder if I'm messing up my tendons or hurting any veins in the process...I don't use straps until I get to 495lbs...Then I do 7 reps then go to 515lbs and do that for 4 reps...When I'm done, my hands are fucking purple...Anyone else run into this problem?

Am I using the straps to tight? I wish I didn't have to use straps; but I can't hold the 495lbs for more than 3 reps :thumbsdow

happened to me about 3 yrs ago. The straps were to tight and when I lifted the weight all the cappilaries broke in my hands and they turned dark red, almost purple. I noticed they seemed to get itchy too.I think it has something to do with the sudden cutting off of blood due to extreme pressure. The rednees went away after a day or 2. I'm pretty we suffered from the same thing.

I'm just a little guy though and was only using 415.

i personaly belive you, like you said why should you lie. we are not gonna like you more or less on the weights you lift. anyways, what are the weights on your other lifts? bench, squats,ect. just curious if you strong or if dead lifts is just a strong movement for you?

Sometimes I get surprised when I see what some of the smaller guys lift. Like capinatl, he's what 195ish and lifts like 500-600 on deads. Amazing.

My max bench is 405lbs right now...Before my cycle I was at 365...No spotter...My squats right now are at 515lbs(I know most wont believe shit; but I could care less)...My max numbers have gone up roughly about 40-50lbs on everything...I also always train like PWL's do...Heavy weights, low reps all the time...Even before my cycle.

And YES my squats are PARALLEL..Actually I box squat...I got my blood work done finally and need to scan to post up...Will do that this weekend...I will also post some pics.
