BBQ with carne asada and boneless skinless chicken bewb tacos. I don't like hard boiled eggs, so i'm not wasting em on an egg hunt. :bbq:

No. Got some italian in me. Love the mexican food though. Just the meat, salsa and tortilla's, not a fan of all the lettuce, tomato, sour cream and beans.

We ate our Easter dinner tonight, as my sister has to travel back tomorrow. My mom went overboard, as usual....always feels he has to outdo herself. This year, she added another non-traditional item to the spread (in bold):

turkey
ham
duck
perogies (sauerkraut, potato&cheese, garlic pork)
BBQed baby back ribs
cabbage rolls
mashed potatoes w/chives
stuffing

dessert: apple pie w/ icecream
