cell phone question
Is there a way to get someone’s name and info by giving a cell phone number? There are sites out there that require you to pay a fee. Are they scams and is this even legal?

You can very easily get someones name and/or address with a cell phone number - and vice versa....

You have a cell number and you want name/address? First - Google the number. Then try the "free" sites (which *usually* aren't free). If all else fails - try one of those sites. I think a lot of them are legit - it costs about $10 to get someones information. Most things you do on a credit card are pretty safe - as far as not getting scammed for more than you agreed to pay....
