Pictures for Bouncer!!!

I just took these pictures, and from what I see they did turn that building in to a condo. Hey B even if they sell that building you'll have a huge parking issue. I drove around for 15 minutes and I couldn't find a single parking spot to park.
I didn't down size these so they might come up kida big.
Well the good news is I was hungry and I went to eat at Fire House restaurant(it's big among Bodybuilders because they serve what we eat) and I ran in to Gunter Schlierkamp and Charles Glass, here is a picture of me with them.
And I also posted a picture of LA traffic at 3pm, it gets worst when 5 pm hits.

One thing I see behind the gate is little kid toys and a stroller. does it look like someone lives there or is that next door.

Yes people do live in there, you can't see it in the picture but there are some cars parked behind the gate next to the toys. As soon as she gets back in town I'll talk to her and let you know what she finds out.

hell i wonder what they are selling a condo for in there. i wonder if it is rent or own. at least the owner was cool enough to let the "Gold Gym" sign stay up. sounds like a decent person to me.

something else that is nice is that it looks to be the most well taken care of building around there. it could have been torn down or left to rot. at least it has been taken care of.

The other issue that might come up is, once the building gets turned in to a condo city changes it's codding. Even if you are able to buy it you might not be able to gut it out and make it a gym.
That happened to buddy of mine he wanted to buy this small office building and turn it in to a private gym but city the wouldn't let him, so he didn't buy the building.
But sounds like you might even rent or buy the condo just to live in it, and yes was the most well kept building around.
