Pulled a muscle in my back
I was so agressive in the gym tonight after arguing about Pitt bulls all day.I pulled my lower back on the right side.I was doing standing shoulder presses on my second set @ 245. I blasted the weight overhead and mishandled it.The weight began to slip forward but i caught it,no pain.I went on to do 275 for 3 reps,a good day for me.When i got home my back tightened.now its stiff and i can hardly stand.
