Wow, the video said he lost 375 lbs over 22 months. That's almost 2 years. You have to admire that kind of dedication. That's a major lifestyle change. My hat's off to the guy.

That is amazing....he actually has a very good looking face in the last pic. You would never be able to tell that he does from the first pic. It's amazing how fat can make you look so different.
