Question Question about a site

Does anyone know of a site where you could find out what amounts of carbs/protein/fiber/etc...you're eating?

Let's say you want to make Tilapia, potatoes and some veggies(my fav meal)...once it's done; I have no clue how much I'm eating of the above nutrients...I don't want to sit there and weigh everything.

I know usually 6oz's of chicken would have roughly 20g's of protein and so forth...But who makes 6oz's at a time? I don't...I just cut up my chicken breasts and eat how much I want.

Why the fuck would I weigh my food AFTER it's cooked I'm not about to slap some fish on the scale after it's been grilled with Pam...Or put veggies on the scale after they've been cooked, etc...WTF do I look like? A drug dealer weighing my shit every time?

I don't weigh 7 pieces of Tilapia, 6 pieces of chicken breasts, etc...I just cook the whole thing at one time and try to weigh it by looking at it after it's been cooked...I know there are foods that when they're cooked, the lose nutrients, weight, etc...

Last night I made Italian sausages, with red potatoes, Olive oil, spices, etc...I baked 3lbs of the sausages, about 2lbs of red med potatoes, used Olive oil, spices, etc...Now I was trying to figure out what I had eaten...Considering ALL that was cooked...

I also made myself 1lb of lean turkey burgers...But I ended up making them into little balls...I added oats, egg whites and spices...I made them into 8oz's and will be cooked during the week...

oh great...I said balls and sausages

I'm cool B.

People that would compete a few times a year; I would understand...but for those who don't, then why?

When I'm done cooking, the last thing I want to do is weigh every damn thing I'm about to eat...I try to "eye" it out and guess...Yes I knew what you meant.

ok, so you said in your post that you have no clue what you are eating. trying to "eye" it out is what you have been doing and yet you still posted this thread. this tells me you are not comfortable with looking at your food and taking a guess. i am giving you a solution by simply putting the meat source on a scale and you are arguing. it takes 2 fucking seconds. the top of my scale comes right off and goes in the dish washer. instead you would rather go to a site and have it tell you the cal count. that takes more fucking time then putting it on a scale.

you are saying you don't want to weigh everything. that is the bottom line. instead you are looking for a site that tells you what you are eating by taking a guess. i am telling you that weighing is your only option.

ROCKILLER is on a distinguished road
When I'm figuring out a meal, I usually only weigh it a few times. For example, when I make chicken and rice, a long time ago I weighed it and decided how many chicken tenders to put per cup of rice. Now, every time I cook it I put in the same number, I dont weigh it every single time. Oh, and if theyre small, I just put two small one together.
