4 proper meals is enough...Add some Protein shakes/bars/snacks to finish up the day...But this also depends on what those meals are.

yeah i agree with rado (did I just say that??). if you have 4 meals with good meats, veggies and fats. a couple of "replacement meals" should be fine to get you through the day and still be healthy.

I can usually fit 6-7 good meals in with only one or two shakes - just write yourself a diet plan scheduled around your daily life and stick to it - don't change things etc and it'll become second nature - you just sort of become something like a machine...

Unless you're getting ready for a comp, this is not needed...4 meals and a shake/bar is good enough...I've done the 6 meals a day...Talk about being on the john 4x's a day

What you don't realize is that when you compete you're ALWAYS getting ready for a show - at least that's how I am - I may not have my next one picked out but I live my life like someone else is out there doing more and I've got to keep pushing myself even without a show coming up...

I do realize that...I have friends who compete...My dedication is not there with you guys to do these shows...What I see my friends go through, the mood swings, the diet restrictions, the POSSIBLE health risks, etc...It's amazing to see how your body can change so dramatically within 12wks.

But when you start to compete; you get hooked! But some or most, they start to forget the important stuff because you're so caught up into the moment with yourself and then you have no life; well some do.

Not to mention how much money(diets, gear, training, trainers)it can cost someone.l

yeah but you also only work out 1 day per week.

I say you need 6 clean meals per day, and you need to eat these meals every 3 hours. That is a good/simple way to look at it.

Rado, from what I read about your cycles, you do just as many roids as competitors. Why?
