I have no pitty for those who use drugs...But it's such a shame how much it can control you...sad.

She's a pretty girl(obviously not in the pic; but overall she is) and she reminds me of Drew Barrymore on what she's going through.

It's shocking that she can't get ahold of her life. She either needs to be honest with herself and quit everything and completely change her life or she'll end up dying really young. I bet that she is so out of control, that no one can get through to her. She probably thinks the world is against her so she won't listen to anyone. Jail might be the only thing that will get her to sober up and give her an outlook on what her life has become. Hopefully the judge will see that.

And I will put money on it that her mom does coke with her. Her mother is a complete and total enabler, and doesn't hold her responsible for her own actions. Bad press is good press, in the eyes of entertaine and Dina has been trying to bust into the business herself and is just riding on the coattails of Linsday. I just can't believe she spent like 90 days in rehab, and not even a month later took a serious fall off the wagon

JAIL will not do shit for her...She has to want in making the changeI don't see it happening anytime soon...She needs to hit rock bottom...This IMO is NOT rock bottom.

I don't think her mom does it with her, but I'm sure she knows of it...Both of her parents are not role models themselves...This all falls on parenting...I know most will say otherwise.

I think what most people don't think about is the pressure. Imagine never having a private moment. Imagine going to the gym and cameras are in your face. Imagine going to the beach and helicopters are hovering above taking pictures and videos. Stars like Marilyn Monroe and people from the old days had it easy compared to the current so called movie stars and singers. Those older stars didn't have networks and internet sites that survive on that persons every move. The media plays a big roll in these girls downfall. humans are not designed for that kind of pressure. it is a recipe for disaster. every mistake you make is magnified 100x's.

Lindsay Lohan Speaks On The Record To Access July 24, 2007, 7:54 pm PDT


LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 24, 2007) - Lindsay Lohan has gone on the record about her arrest, communicating only with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush.

When Billy e-mailed Lohan asking if everything was OK and if there was anything she wanted him to get out there for her, she responded, "Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

Billy had just finished discussing Lohan's situation on CNN's "Larry King Live" when he received the message.

This morning's arrest was Lohan's second for an alleged DUI in less than three months.

According to Santa Monica Police, Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunken driving at approximately 1:30 AM. She was driving a white SUV. When pulled over by police, authorities said the 21-year-old actress refused to submit to a Breathalyzer, but did agree to other field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Meanwhile, Access has learned the driver of the vehicle being "chased" was the mother of Lindsay's assistant, Tarin Graham, who had just been fired.

She was taken to jail where her blood-alcohol level registered a .12 (well above the legal limit which is .08). Lohan was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, as well as driving on a suspended license.

Two other people were in the vehicle, but were reportedly released.

According to reports, police received a 911 call from someone claiming they were being chased by another vehicle.

According to police, Lindsay was the driver in the other vehicle.

Lohan was released shortly before 6:30 AM PDT on $25,000 bail.

thats the price you are willing to pay for fame and money they knew it going in dont cry over it now -

i was abused and shit on as a child - hell my mother tried to drwn me in a bath tub -- only saw my dad when he was drunk - though they have since changed as people they sucked as parents - [still love them both ]

how did that effect me - i treat my kids like gold - own up to my mistakes and don t blame my parents for the bumps i went through getting to this point in my life -

blaming your child hood for the bullshit you do as an adult is fucking old - but thats my opinion

I think she needs to go to jail. She drove drunk...and with a suspended license no less, and had coke on her. Slam-dunk case: put her in jail for a month or two!!!
