hit a personal goal today
it has been a goal of mine for awhile now to get 20" arms and i thought today i had it so i measured and i had a hair over 20"
i know to most it is no big deal but i thought i would share since you guys and gals understand and most others wont understand!

Sweet bro. I have never took measurements before. I have no idea what my arms are. I usually just go by the mirror. My workout partner is a measurement freak. He takes measurements almost weekly basis and then records it. He has measurements from 5 years ago. lol

ya i dont usally measure either but i knew i was close. i have been workin out with a newbi so he is all into measuring and lookin in the mirror every 5 minutes. no only if i could get my calfs to match my arms.

lol. i dont think so 254lbs at no more than 10%bf im guessin 8% since i can see my lil abs pretty good. you can also see veins everwere on my body it looks very cool on my legs in my calfs and shin area.

6'1" i had just finnished chest tris so my back arm was pumped. my waist i think 36" not sure i wear xl shorts very rare to find me in pants but they are 38s i like them loose.
