told me that they could repo my Rover...Why? Because I never told them(or updated)my new residence...FUCK YOU!!! :hmmm:

What a joke...So I spoke to a manager and updated my info...But WTF...They said it's in my agreement and they have to know at all times(place of residence)or it can be picked up

How they found out? My credit report(since it's been updated of my new residence)...They told me that banks periodically do a "Soft Pull" on credit reports for this particular reason and for those who don't pay either.

But the payment comes out of my checking account on the 5th. So fuck off

thats BS, sorry to hear that bro. Its not as if you have defaulted on a payment so what the fuck is there problem. The fact is you could probably get that agreement passed to another bank if they continued acting out of order like that.

I HATE BANKS, we need them and they know it, when you have money they want you to put it in some shitty 90 day savings account so they can use it and get twice the returns they are giving you.

When you owe them they're all over you withn threats and overdraft charges

When I got the call, you could tell it was some Customer Service Cop on patrol...When I spoke with the manager; she was polite about it. She did point out though that they could of picked it up. :hmmm:

She also did mention that in a case like mine, it would of been rare since I've always kept my payments on time.

The bank will lose money repo-ing it. It's all scare tactics. You could've just told them to jam it up their ass's like I did. I have access to all three of my bureau reports so I know who is looking, even if it's a soft inquiry. I have a PO Box listed as my addy on my reports. Not even DMV knows my really address.

Are you happy with it? My in-laws have 2 and they're nice and everything, but for the money I don't see it. There are other SUV's that have all the bells and whistles for less. Just seems like a social statement rather than a great ride........

Drove it...Which was stupid because if you only knew how much it was for gas...It would of been cheaper(considering wear/tear/miles/length of drive)to have it shipped there.

I thought that with $4K(no more)would be MORE than sufficient; right? WRONG!!! Fuck, moving to Ohio I spent just a hair above $4K...Deposit(s), Groceries(this fucking bill was over $500 for the 1st time)gasoline, chemicals(as in regular shit you buy to clean), bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff, etc.

When I moved to Miami from Tampa, I only spent $3500...I don't get it
