Great bottle for blending your shake
 http://www.blenderbottle.com/ I got one earlier today and just finished using it...I love it...I just wonder if that little "swirl" ball will ever rust :hmmm:

oh yea, after about 3 months of use, my swirl balls haven't rusted or anything yet. been through the washing machine plenty of times too. soaked them in water over night, soapy water overnight... let one in a hot car for a week.. still as new on all accounts. i think we have three of the large ones. now my girl wants a small one so she doesn't have to lug the big one around.

Does it really mix well, really? I've tried so many shakers over the years and they all suck for mixing. That's one of the reasons it's hard for me to drink a shake at work. If this really does work, I'm in!
I've never been able to do the oats and whey thing. Can't drink clumps of oats. How do ya'll do it?
