just saw some bridge colapse on the news, fuk how many pll died in that , their saying like 100 cars went down with it..

i think 4 are confirmed dead but 30 people are trapped under some of the bridge. in other words, something like 35 people died in it. only 4 are confirmed though.

I read in a paper yesterday that there are over 70,000 bridges in questionable condition and that they only receive visual inspections which only reveals about 10% of any structural defects. Think about that next time your drive over a bridge!

Yup. Ohio has the most. They say they were warned by engineers back in 1990 something that the bridge was unstable. All they did was try to patch up some areas. I smell lawsuit is around the corner.
