I saw this at the store today. It's infused with caffeine and guarana. The lady said it's basically red bull and vodka, without the red bull taste so you can mix it with anything. It's expensive though. For a bottle size of vodka that ranges around $15, this one costs $35. There are going to be a lot of energetic drunks out there now.
