Enough time in a day??

Hi guy's, I know i dont post often but i am reading on this site almost every day, My work schedule is kinda rough I have to leave my house by 6:30am every morning and I am usually not walking in the door until 7pm most nights, Now my problem is is how would you fit a workout schedule in to this day?? I like to go home and play with my kids for a little while, then I try to hit the weights eat supper and shower and get a good night sleep thats not including daily givins like laundry and lunch for the next day and stuff like that... Im just wondering how someone else would schedule the day. I know it can be done, I just feel really streached thin, :hmmm: thanks guys

My current schedule (I'll spare the mundane details)...

Monday and Wednesday

School from 8:30a - 1:30p
Work from 3:00p - 8:00p
Workout from 8:30p - 10:00p (30m-45m cardio included)
Study from 11:30p - 1:30a (if I'm lucky)

Tuesday and Thursday

School from 7:30a - 12:30p
Workout from 1:00p - 2:00p (no cardio)
Work from 3:00p - 8:00p
Nights with my son usually from 8:15p/8:30p - 10:30p
Study from 11:30p - 1:30a

Friday

School from 8:30a - 1:30p
Pick up my son from school (after running errands if need be) usually = 3:00p until sometime late Saturday afternoon
?study after he's gone to bed?

Saturday

Football/Hunting/Studying/Chores/Errands

Sunday

Hunting/Studying/Football/Chores/Errands

My week is almost always PACKED but I just do my best - I try to leave small windows of time for "me" (which includes working out) or else I go absolutely crazy knowing my life is running me and not the other way around....

My lunch schedule is for 12-1 but no chance of sneaking in a workout, I work 45min from home in a butt hole town.. I dont think they know what a gym is. I wish I could workout mid day.. Damn fog you have a hell of a schedule, I hate not spending enough time with my kids, thats the hardest part.. My youngest usually works out with me, watches cartoons and attempts a few push ups lol, Thanks for the reply guys..

I work all day on my feet literally. I never sit down except for a couple breaks and at lunch. By the time I get home there is no way I could get a work out in and I want to spend time with my family anyways. So I just go to bed earlier and will workout in the morning. It is hard to get adjusted, but for me, once I am I feel fresh and more energized than later in the day.

I think the best thing you can do is to simply write everything down that you do in a day and how long each takes - go from there - when it's on paper and laid out in a more structured format I guarantee it will be easier to see where you can pull at least 3 or 4 hours out of your week for the gym...
