Question Humidifier vs Vaporizer

So...Here's the question; which one?

We were at Walmart last night and we need to get one; this heat from our place just dries me up...In the mornings I blow my nose and I have dried up blood snot boogers

Buying one these fuckers is like buying a cup of coffee at Starbucks; Tall, Grande, Venti, etc...

I want to use this with some aroma in the water as well; pref some eucalyptus if I can...

Not sure I feel comfortable with buying a "Vicks" product...The name just gives me the creeps; reminds me of that Vicks inhaler; which was highly addictive...They did have one made by Hunter; good company.

it is a humidifier bro. you don't have to put the vicks stuff in the little cup. just fill the jug with water and its a basic humidifier.

never heard of any vicks addict..

Bro...So many people have been hooked on that Vicks inhaler...Do you use Distilled water? They have some where you never have to replace the filter; but I was reading online right now that you want to use Distilled H20.

I was reading that you want to use only distilled water, otherwise you're defeating the purpose since tap waters has plenty of chemicals and not all filters will trap them...Leading into the air if anyting being worse

Damn it...We might as well live in a fucking bubble

Tap Water or Distilled

Quote:
Humidifiers can disperse minerals into the air, and so it is usually best to use distilled water in your humidifier. Tap water contains many minerals, and if used, can cause a white dust to coat surfaces in your house, and scale to develop inside your humidifier, which can be a breeding ground for microorganisms.

the only ingredients in the vapo steam stuff that you put in the cup is Camphor, eucalyptus oil, menthol, nutmeg oil.

Scrumhalf will become famous soon enough
If your humidifier calls for distilled water, return it and get another one. Regular tap water should be just fine with most humidifiers.

Yes but that wouldn't be posh.

I prefer a humidifier over a vaporizer simply because the vaporizers make things around it moist.
