Just want to wish all you guys and gals a Merry Christmas.
So whats on the menu for Christmas? We are having all kinds of shit. Meatballs in a crock pot, roast beef, pretty much a buffet!

Let's see...
Since all of my extended family is out of town my parents, sonis & I all do something. We all go to Christmas Eve service at 4pm, and my parents & sister come out after that and spend the night. Sonis' family refuses to come out. His mother insists on having Christmas at her house. I LOVE Christmas. I just wish it wasn't over so quickly...SO- Christmas Eve Dinner: Appetizers: Shrimp Cocktail Cheese Rounds Dinner: Caesar salad King Crab Legs Filet Parsley potatoes Cold Broccoli w/ this yummy cream sauce Dessert: Peppermint ice cream cake Christmas Day Breakfast: Cranberry upside down muffins Egg Casserole Dinner: Turkey Mashed Potatoes GB Casserole Stuffing Corn Pudding ....My lips are watering just thinking about it!

I'll be cooking my first Christmas dinner. I'm thinking about doing prime rib instead of the traditional ham we usually have.

i was with spanish mama for long time too and bye far way worse than italian bitches shit i lvied with 4 of them my whole life ......
we do seafood thign christmas eve no meat till after 12 so to start i got 10 lba of lobster tails 30 lbs calamad 10 lbs shrimps few hundred muscles and few hundred clams few lbs of scallops and conch too ...then after midnight mass (if we go lol) then comes deserts and shit anazetta with the cookies sambuka and all that great shit take a rest then reapeat for christmas day with macaronis manigut lasagna meat balls sausage and a shit load of other stuff but thats pretty much it we rock out for 2 days of just gettins tuffed
