Thumbs up Dr's appt
Was yesterday and she's at 13 weeks, Tuesday will be her 14th week...She's only gained 2lbs (but her belly is big; I don't get it) and the Doctor was very pleased with that...He was glad to know she's excercising 3x's a week with yoga...She doesn't want her to gain more than 20-25lbs max...We heard the heart beat againIt was much slower this time...The baby is fully developed now...All it will do now is grow Next appt will be her 4D ultrasound in February....I asked the Dr if it was ok for her to have a glass of Red Wine for x-mas and New Years; he said that was perfectly ok...So in February we'll know what we're having

The level II sonograms are lots of fun. They do the full anatomy of the baby and of course you find out the sex. I have several people lately asking to put the babies sex in an envelope so they can open it on Christmas.

Oh wow...Well we want to know ASAP so we can set up the new room in the house...If it's a boy, I'm having the room painted a Safari look...I'm getting a painter who will paint a "jungle" sort of speak in there...All the walls will look like a real jungle...If it's a girl, we decided to go with pink, navy blue colors and paint the ceiling with a "sky and birds" theme

Why not give her a rainforest or something too? Babies love color and you're giving her a boring room compared to his

that will scare the baby though. when you walk in the room, the baby will mistake you for a fucking monkey!

Not boring If I could show you the room sketch, it's not boring...Her room will be filled with summer colors; birds, trees, grass, a pond, etc...His room would have tigers, zebras, elephants, etc...

congrats,i know when we had my first son i was so excited 4 next month and than we had my other son 22 months later and omg,i was a breeze,now 2 i am wore out all the time,I dont know how my parents had 7 kids and i just have 2 and its the greatest thing ever,when my 4 year old says daddy i love u,make me so happy,anyway i have split pictures of both ultrasounds pics and their birth pics side by side,i have been pushing both to be leftys and it looks like i got it,need them leftys to be pitchers,anyway good luck and be blessed
