My PW meal yesterday...
Being back at school after break changes your schedule a bit. Got done with a 45 minute chest/shoulder workout. drank my vitargo in the car. changed in the parking lot of the bar that has 30 cent wings on monday night. then went straight in and had 15 wings and 3 Rolling Rocks. mmmm, i felt the pump.
