Damn. So today when I get back from the gym, I notice that my roomate had a box of fruity pebbles in the pantry. HOLY FUCK I love fruity pebbles and I havent had cereal in months. My roomates werent gonna be back anytime soon so I had the best bowl of cereal in the history. MMmmm mmm. Whats your favorite cereal? Personally my favorites are Captain Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, and Cookie Crisp. Damn cereal gets me all excited...

Umm, no - there isn't any nutritional value for anyone in that sugary stuff.

But in answer to the thread - I like cinnamon Life, Lucky Charms and Reese's Puffs as well.

Haha no value at all. But once every few months wont hurt anyone. And I had it right after a nasty hard workout. Plus im bulking so I think it did minimal harm.

i like that meusli stuff...it's marketed as healthy, but it's FAR from healthy. so full of sugar and carbs...

i love cereal, but i can't eat it even if i want to because i'm hypogycemic...i can eat it, but i regret it an hour or two later...i eat a bowl once or twice a year though.
