I experienced an example of this recently. What made me really think about it is how Chris said the government will try and make you think what they want you too think. Here's the event. When you buy liquid medicine ( in reference to some cold medicine I bought my son) there is usually a tamper proof plastic wrap like material over the top of the bottle and the measuring cup to go with it. Along with that there is some sort of aluminum cover that seals the bottle underneath the cap. Well the plastic wrap of the medicine I just bought (Children's Motrin Cold) covered the whole bottle instead of just the top. For a moment I thought "cool this is even better protection of the medicine I will be giving my son", but in reality the protection is no better than the previous medicine before.

HA, you said it. For example, sana wont get off my ass about the stupid ass Amazon Kindle. it serves no purpose. it will never be as good as the basic book. you dont need a digital version of the same damn book. and dont give me this shit about how it holds X amount of books. who the hell cares, you only read 1 book at a time and even if you dont books can set around the house just like the kindle.

anyway, i bought it for her, for her birthday.

his basic point is that because of the slightly different way of packaging, he almost bought it even though it offered no advantage.

I bought it because of the product. When I opened it I was impressed for a moment that the whole bottle was wrapped (plus it had the seal under the cap) instead of just the top.

Ah. Kinda like how the DVD's have 2 damn wraps of plastic. You get the first one off and think you are ready to watch it. And shit there is that one on the top that is all sticky and takes like 5 minutes to get off!!!

I hate that crap. Everytime i buy a xbox game it has that crap on it. Its some extra security crap "THE MAN" added.

Just open it from the bottom and the top will peel of one side or break in half. The plastic of the case is stronger.

I think you're on the right track, just going an opposite direction than Shib. He's saying that extra piece of safety made him think, wow this is so much more safe. Rather than fuck this stupid sticky thing, its taking too much time to take off my hands going to be too tired by the time I can actually watch this adult film.

haha...I just buy the biggest possible amount of anything at sams club...advertising doesn't affect me that way,

I tell my dad i need a small bag of Halls. He goes to sams club and buys the 12 pack bags. He's like this should last you a year
