That looked painful to say the least, but I feel like...why are they always big bellied guys? I realize a lot of strong men look like that, but Marius Pudzianowski actually has a six pack and is incredibly strong...I don't get it.

Actually, the way power lifters lift is to get a whole bunch of air in their lungs to actually make the R.O.M. shorter and easier. Eventually their body stays like this.

not really. their excess fat is from excess calories. there are plenty of pretty lean power lifters and strongmen.

What I want to know is where are the spotters? There should have been like 4 or 5 guys spotting him with that much weight.
