Ken Shamrock gets knocked out at Cage Rage
Just watched Ken Shamrock fight at cage rage (thats an English Elite XC affiliated MMA promotion) by Robert Buzz.
I wish I hadn't seen it, KS looks well for his age but it gives me no pleasure to a former UFC champ, Pancration champ etc fighting in such a shite promo, and getting knocked out without barely throwing a punch.

If he won he was supposed to fight Kimbo (last I read).
His brother Frank is fighting the bad ass kickboxer Cung Lee at the end of the month. Should be a great fight.

The old schoolers of mma shouldnt fight the younger, stronger, faster, more rounded fighters of today.
that said how bout some Legends league? Gi's could be allowed again....theyd have Shammy and Royce, Rickson, Mark Coleman, Tank Abbott, Don frye, Oleg, Sakuraba, Marco Ruas, Bas Rutten. lol anyone else?
