Anyone watch 300 yet
Anyone see this movie yet, I just watched it on demand about the 300 Spartan solders that held off a massive invasion force in Grease. I truly enjoyed the film. The fight scenes as well as some of the best male body's almost to perfect to be real. I was wondering if anyone else has seen it and what there thoughts were

Seen it in theaters and have it on DVD.
The real 2 hour story on the history channel is actually more impressive then the movie. |

I didn't see the history Chanel take on that but I will look for it. That behind the scene clip was great would love to see the entire behind the scene version. I didn't even know this film existed

I watch very little television so I do miss stuff. I have better things to do with my time. I do wish at times I could just kick back and relax but I'll make time for that when I'm old

Is that what its called? We do that same exact stuff in MMA training. The tire flip thing is insane if you never tryed it.
Im actulally glad you posted that video Bouncer cuzz that is what im stuck in between and regular bodybuilding! I try to do both but like in my thread in the traing section I just cant. my weight is goin up and down like a rollercoaster. Im 250lbs and I realy wanted 260 but with this training it wont let me. HELP! |

I think I am going to give this a go. I rather prefer to be little but muscular and cut. I know that that is not the goal of many hear but it has always been mine. I am in it for fitness rather than size or competition however I do appreciate the work and dedication that goes into that
