Drinking alcohol
Just curious......
how many of you drink on the weekends???? Like if there is a party of a get together, do you grab a beer??? or take a keg and chug that down??? I like to start off and say I DON'T DRINK

Before I used to drink drink but now I cut down. Realized I wasnt getting nowhere with my bodybuilding goals. Was getting all soft and a beer gut so nah..
Now I drink on special occasions only when I go out or hangout with friend or family. Since its rare I drink, I probably drink once a month or so with around 6 beers or just whiskey. Hate the hangovers though. But from before I limit myself now and feel much better too.

If I'm drinking I unfortounately can't control myself and drink to the brink of alcohol poisining or throwing up. (Whichever comes first that night) My mother's parents were alcoholics, and my father's side of the family has incredibly low tolerance. Unfortounately I was blessed with both of those genes. I try not to drink more than a few times a year nowadays for that very reason.

i drank once in the last school year...the night I got cited for providing to minors. I just had to do it. Drinking is stupid and a bad idea. Personal experience in my fraternity teachs me all it does it lead to drama and anger...Pointless.

WOW GUYS...interesting....
i guess drinking a few beers is alright, but Grinder i would becareful and stay way. Its good that you guys are committed to keeping in shape and being a BB..a lot of my friends wanna look like BB's but they have shitty diets and end up getting drunk on the weekends...so thus they will never grow

I consider alcohol to be about the same as meth or coke. I can't imagine why people think those drugs are so bad but consider alcohol OK "in moderation". All three are OK "in moderation", but they're rarely used in moderation. It's funny how brainwashed people are.
What's really funny is how many people think alcohol is better for you than weed or steroids.
