What did you eat for protein yesterday?

I had the following protein sources in order:

meal 1: whey
meal 2: chicken (nuggets LOL)
meal 3: grilled salmon
meal 4: grilled salmon (again) - 3hrs later
meal 5: turkey
meal 6: casein

obviously the pb and almonds are not a huge source of protein (i eat them for healthy fats) but the do have a significant amt

( a little less protein today, as I didn't train...and I have a cold that's screwing up my appetite)

1: Whey
2: Eggs
3: Lean Roast Beed
4: Protein bar from gas station
5: Chicken Parmasean (Wow I fucked up that spelling)
6: More whey...
