Going to test drive both wed still kinda up in the air about which to get, the infiniti m35 sport is a lil cheapter, less power, but more room. at 280hp thats plenty for me. also looking at the lexus gs300/350/430/460 new style 2006 and up. i am buying used and still looking around and shoping rates for my loan, if i buy a certified pre owned lex its a great cheap rate of like 3.5 % where as if i dont cheapest i get is 6.09% if anyone has any other rates that are cheaper let me know thats just what ive seen online. either car i get im getting pearl white with the black interior and tinting it 35% real light if not lighter than that. everything else is staying factory. the infiniti has nicer wheels 19s compared to 17s
what do i do? |

Yeah, that sounds a little too low for used car rates; ESPECIALLY Lexus. Lexus, Acura & Infiniti usually don't have low finance rates. I've already looked into it.

I'd personally hold off and save my money until the recession ends.

I dont agree. right now is a great time to buy a car or house any thing expensive. especialy used high end cars. you should see the house I just picked up for under 500K the same house was in the 750Ks a year or so ago.

yeah interest rates are really low right now and if i can get locked into a fixed rate while there low it will be great 6 months ago the same loan would have been like 9% or so and now its around 6%

Both nice cars so you really can't make a wrong decision. I would go with the Lexus. The Lexus holds its value better than the Infiniti.

yeah i would think lexus would hold its value better because the inifiniti is cheaper now for the same year same miles, althought everything i have read said the infiniti is a smoother quiter more sport ride the only thing lexus won in was safety i think

Not really but I suppose its not quite as roomy as the big sedans that are made for nothing but luxury. I personally perfer the G over the M too though.

my brother-n-law worked in the car industry for 10 years and he always says new is always better than used because of the warranties car companies offer. And repairs can be so costly that you could be better off leasing and not running into huge costly repairs.
Personally I was going to buy my mom's BMW X5 out of her lease until my boss here had his drivers side window break in his own X5 and it was an $800 repair. I can't afford repairs that expensive. I ended up leasing a lesser costly car and any repairs have been under warranty. |
