3 days from show may 3rd
well a couple more days till show and ill know were i stand in the show. i feel and look great but im also losing 3 lbs evry 4th day and i dont need to i just need to dehydrate and im ready. i started implamenting my buffalo burgeres again yesterday to help slow the muscle wasting. im shreeded to the bone, and im at 3.7% bf at 208 lbs. as always i get worried at this moment , so im venting a little to the sight. about how im feeling. which is WORRIED AS ALWAYS a few days out. then i got to defend my title next week. out on the east coast so these weeks have been tough and its only going to get tougher. i will post pic after my show to give u an idea of myself.
