sounds like new jersey. If i recall from my criminal justice class correctly, you have to try to escape to the furthereest reach of the house, such as an upstairs bathroom. Only then are you justified in using lethal force if you feel your life is threatened. Otherwise, since you had the option to flee, you could be charged if you shoot elsewhere in ther houise

so just say you tried but they bust in and caught you up before you could get there so you had to decapitate them with your 44

I am goin' to the biggest gun and knife show in the state this weekend plan on picking up at least one assault weapon and one hand gun. Probly a couple thousand rounds of 7.62x39 too I think, taking the whole family. Should be lots of fun. Exercising my constitutional rights while I still have them.
