I went to Macca's this morning and on the menu they had a new McAmerica (for a limited time only) Lmao. I had to try it. It is a bagal with 3 layers of bacon, an egg, cheese and spicy ketchup. Now thats a tasty burger.

oh, got ya. i was there today. lol. whenever i go i buy 3 double hamburgers. i take the patties from one of the burgers and put them on the other 2 sandwiches and throw out the bun of 1 of the sandwhices. so really i eat 2 triple burgers instead of 3 doubles, they are small though so its not as bad as it sounds. comes out to 75 grams of protein and 65 grams of carbs. not to bad for like $5 dollars. gives me the nutrients i need to grow. sure there is fat but my body burns that shit up in an hour.

by the way redback, nobody in America eats spicy ketchup. that is some kind of australian twist on what they think America eats. they hit the bacon and all the rest of that shit right on the head though.

Brisbane....my uncle used to live there....also visited the gold coast...beautiful place the flight was murder though

Yeah I go to Wendy's sometimes and get a triple no cheese ketcup and mustard only. Its very good and taste more like beef then McDonalds.

thats the double cheeseburger. i get double hamburger. each double hamburger has around 16 grams of fat.

you thought wrong. they may be a lot of things but they do infact use 100% beef. that may have not always been the case but it has been for many years now.
