U.S. calls for moratorium on Solar.....
US Calls for Moratorium on Solar...WHA?! | EcoGeek
A 2 year hiatus on building new solar plants so that more research can be conducted regarding the impact that solar plants have on desert wildlife. I am confused....... ![]() ![]() We are ready to go and destroy a lot of Alaska drilling for oil, but let's hold up on new solar plants while we figure out the environmental impact they have. I could never get into politics, I tend to want to get things accomplished in the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way possible.

not sure a 2 year break from building solar plants is the best idea. sounds like some powerful people that make money in other energy sources might have something to do with this..

Waiting two years to build new plants will only slow down our understanding and development of solar energy.
