a little help here

Ok I know you guys know alot about computers. I have two questions that I am sure are very simple, but I have no clue. First my daughters tool bar that was on the bottom is now on the side and we cant figure out how to put it back on the bottom. Second I was typing and hit the ctrl key by mistake now the part where you type websites in, goes away unless I put the cursor up to it and the tool bar is totally gone. Anyone have any idea what I am talking about here???

Ok forget number 2, its back to normal but I still need help on the first question.

Scrumhalf will become famous soon enough
Right click on the tool bar and make sure the "Lock the task bar" is not checked. Then left click on the tool bar and while holding down the left key of the mouse, drag the mouse arrow towards the bottom of the screen. The tool bar will then move down to the bottom.
