4 shots of espresso..
and some fat free milk, blended with ice.. and topped with whipped cream .. and Im still not awake!!
Whats up everyone? How's your friday going? Mine is going okay, Im here at work, bored as all hell, and sore all over! My back, my quadz, my arms. I dont post much on here, but I read alot. I dont know if I know too many of the regulars on this site, but Im a certified net-whore.  Im just shy on sup.muscle cuz I dont know too many of ya. So holla' back! And lets chat it up!

Hey cutie! Mmmm...I picked up a quad espresso shot from Starbucks a few nights ago on the way to the gym (no whipped cream in mine though). Got me through my lifting and cardio good. LOL
My Friday's going well. Worked, went to the bank and post office (neither had nasty lines) now takin a break before workin out...then Stromba and I will figure out something to do for the rest of the night I'm sure.
