Rado- Range rover question

What year do you have? How much was it? What is the MPG for the superchared one?
Any problems? would you buy again?
If I am asking any personal questions skip it and please anwser what you can.

I have a relative that is a manager at a landrover in vegas ( i just found out) and I am in the market for a SUV so I might check them out if I can get a sweet deal. If not I am getting a Tahoe.

My step-dad has had a Rover for a long time. He really enjoyed the car but his only frustration is he has to take it to a Rover dealer for most atypical maintenance.

tip.. get out of the market for an SUV.

a baby is just as safe if not safer in an S-class.

you have no need for an SUV in cali.

Wise one the force is strong with you!

Not only for the baby though, I have a dog that goes everywhere with me. I always have stuff packed in the back of my explorer. Stuff I wouldnt want in back of my F-250 and I sure wouldnt want to put that stuff in a S-class if i had one. But damn that is a sweet idea I like the new S-class
I actually need a SUV (explorer has 120K miles) or a mini van,lol
I need 4 seats and a closed in trunk/bed area.

I've had it since 02/06 bro...I paid almost $71K for it...MPG? lol...In the city I get around 15mpg!!! On the freeway, I would say around 21mpg...Now when I have my AC on, the DVD system and some other shit running; forget it...If you're going to worry about MPG, don't buy it.

Would I buy another one????? Fuck yea!!! I love the fucking beast man; love it...It's fast and powerful...400hp and 410lbs of torque...I go through 2 sets of tires(yes 2 sets of tires)a year...They(tire)each cost me $400. I use Pirelli PZero and have used other brands before, but they suck for this SUV.

I've had the brakes done twice already; expensive because they're Brembo brakes($2K). I get my oil changed once a month because I put about 40K miles a year on it. I've already broken 100K miles on the Rover and the thing is like new; seriously.

Other than tires, brakes and oil changes, no issues my man...But the tires kill me big time. That's $3200 a year of rubber, the gas and bla bla bla...I really want the 2010 but just bought the RX8 and I just can't right now...I'm saving more money now because of my family, moving, selling the house, etc...I wash it 3 to 4x's a week. I keep it clean all the time. You could never tell I have over 100K miles on my SUV...I just drive a lot!!!!

15/21mpg isnt that bad! I had a hummer that got 8 after I put on the supercharger, lol.
P-zeros are very good tires I ill agree but way to soft for normal driving and that heavy truck probably eats them very quick.

I thank you for your real life experance, I think I will see what kind of deal I can get but 71K will be pretty hard for me right now. it will for sure leave me with out a new car for awhile. (Iwanted to get the new GTR) Thats just me and my selfish ways, lol

I forget what color you had? Do they come in any crazy colors like orange?

Orange is the "Special Edition"...The also wanted a few more K$ for it...

Here yo go bro...My 2006 vehicle purchase !!!!

Yes P-Zero's are the best...But those stock tires are garbage...Considering I'm on the road all the time, I want a soft/smooth ride...I also have a heavy foot.
