HELP!!! Give me strength.....
I'm only 4 days back into my low-carb diet after gorging myself in Vegas, and I'm craving carbs big-time! How am I gonna survive til' Saturday afternoon's cheat meal?

Damn...just did...and naturally, as any man does, got to posing a bit. Thought about how much fuller my muscles would look with a nice shot of CARBS!!! AAAAARGH!!!!!

I wonder who spends more time doing their thing...men posing in front of the mirror or women fixing their hair and make-up?

Per session...women definately. But, for men, if they walk around the house without a shirt most of the time (I do) and there are a lot of mirrors around said house, then men definately spend more time cumulatively. Hitting a quick set of poses here and there adds up over a whole day.

Oh, btw...just ate a bowl of the low-carb chili I cooked up yesterday...not craving carbs anymore, as I am feeling quite full.

Eat more fat, brother.. I get the most burning desire to eat yams, instead I have 2tablespoons of olive oil, and a tablespoon of natty peanut butter, no sodium..
Wash it all down with a shot of whey protein in water, I'm good until my next bland feeding of chicken breast..

Temptation abounds today....my pictures from my trip got developed...some of which are of plates of food I ate there to go with the food thread I'll be authoring here. That's gonna be painful!
