I'm still waiting for mine too. I was told that it would arrive last Thursday. I placed the order back in Jan. I called on Friday but was unable to reach anyone. I called yesterday and was told the CS rep was not in and that I would get a call as soon as he arrived at 10am. I called back in at noon and was told the CS rep was out at lunch and if I sent him an email he would reply as soon as he returned. I called back in at 4pm and was unable to reach anyone. Very poor service.

That sounds terrible. I just don't understand bad customer service, there is no excuse. Emails should have prompt responses.

I will be having a talk with them to see what exactly is going on and if they plan to continue like this. My hope is that they will make good on the people they have wronged and send them some free product as a sort of "sorry we fucked up but we are trying" type deal.

I dont like how they are handling it, that's for sure. To fall behind is one thing but not responding to emails and not calling people back really bothers me.

I agree. That is how I always feel about any online shopping I do. I understand shit can hit the fan, but respond to emails.

I thought about waiting until these problems get resolved, but the price is good and it supports the board, and the espresso sounds tasty.

Received yesterday.

Taste pretty good, better then I was expecting.

Took longer then what I am use to, but I wasn't in a rush and wanted to try it out. I will order from again.

I finally received my order last week but they shipped me 15 pounds instead of 20. I called and they told me to send an email. I explained to them that emails in the past never got returned. I was still instructed to send an email. I sent an email and it has been 5 days with no response. Just horrible customer service. It only takes a couple seconds to respond to an email. Great product but horrendous CS. That’s too bad for them.
