Yes, ma'am. I'm not getting them nearly as frequently as I used to...now down to about once a month.
What's up?

Do you take anything for them?
If so what? Mine are chronic and I only have a few days a month without pain. Looking for some preventative meds to try. |

I was on a beta blocker to control high blood pressure but the med, Propanalol, is also prescribed for migraine prevention. They were definitely less severe when I was on the prescription than before. In the last year since I got my bp normal without meds the migraines are usually only hormonal now. I also had to stop drinking orange juice when I finally learned that oj would set off a migraine. Have you looked into any food allergies that you might have...there's a list of typical foods to avoid to find out, like wine, cheese, etc.
Good luck...it's impossible to function well and enjoy life when they're as frequent as yours.
