Jipped G the hero!
i was cruising down I 35 today after work going to pick up my son and i saw a little kitten hunkered down against the cement guard rail. i turned around parked in the median and ran up behind the rail and grabbed the kitty. i scared the hell out of it but it didnt bite me. i brought it home and as i was carrying it to my door to beg my wife to keep it my elderly neighbor who loves cats hollered at me. she ended up taking it. i know she will have the best home possible now and get spayed and all her shots.
i am a softy when it comes to critters. its a curse. but i still feel good about it.

Awww....I would have done the same thing. There's a little bunny rabbit that I always see going to BR's house, and i've always wanted to get it and bring him home with me, but it's wild and would probably try to bite me or something.

my neighbor named her "smudge" she has already been to the vet and has an upper respiratory infection that is easily fixed with antibiotics. just makes me feel good doing somthing nice for a creature that otherwise may have gotten hit by a car or worse.
