What are you having for dinner tonight?
I'm making a turkey meatloaf with cellery, onions and green and red peppers in it, a salad, some some red grain (don't know what it is, but it's kinda like rice), and broccoli with lemmon wine sauce (left over from last night). The meatloaf is starting to smell good in here!

Monday night is always turkey burgers, baked beans and a few coors light sabers watching monday night football.
will be a bit harder to grill tonite as there is 8 inches (and still dumping) of snow on the grill in my back yard.

I also made some grouper...first time I've ever cooked it. Soaked it in lemon juice, pepper and dill, fired up the grill...it came out great.
