I'm going to teach a gymastics training class at a nearby gym

Hi, how fun is that. You need no gymnastics training, but were gonna train you like you are a gymnast. I think this is a really cool idea. The gym got a hold of me. I don't even go to this gym too! I would teach a 1 hour class once a week. I think this is really cool! I think people would really like this for something different. I'll let you all know when it starts and if I get a lot of participants.

just so everyone knows who doesn't know me, I teach gymanstics at a gymnastics gym 2 nights a week to kids. I've been doing that for 8 years now, before that I was in the sport. This new class would be held at a work-out gym for members... I just think this is such a cool idea on their part.

I think that's an awesome idea for a gym class as opposed to most of the other things they offer at gyms. I hope it's successful for ya!
