Just had an incredible moment
FYI for folks that don't know been working on a book for 3 years.
Over the last 45 days been feverishly writing, and very proud of my work. About two weeks ago wrote the climax, which is huge point, cause once you get too climax, you end the book, it's done, and lord do I want this to be done, my patience is wearing thin. I want a life with more than one focus, which is kind of been how things were, read my location under sig, it's not a joke. So, after finished climax re-read it and it was completely horrible, it said what I wanted it to, yet in a very way hard to understand, and also it did not match rhythm and flow of rest of book. Last two weeks been holed up in corner with dunce cap on trying to plot my way out of this, have scribbled notes upon notes and hours upon hours stairing at walls. A week ago it started to come to me one morning when I woke up in bed, I knew it when I had it, yet the formation of that idea was half-baked, now I had to cook it. So, fried the old brain thinking thinking thinking thinking. Had a few small eureka moments along the way. Yesterday got the breakthrough moment, and thanks be I knew it, I was fist waving, high fiving myself, yup this is the idea. One problem was that I had figured out 90% of it all, couldn't get that last 10% to come, and that last 10% had been hanging for six months. On Saturday I will re-write the climax. Today, just hours ago I started to map it all out, ten pages of outline, and low and behold as I outlined this stuff, all of a sudden the invisible answers appeared as if by magic and they were 100% spot on the money. I am so amazed, I'm amazed, some just handed me a nice big present. All's I have to say is "Amazing Grace" that even a wretch like me can have a great day. And I wish each and every one of you the same feeling. A big PS to keiser who motivated me along the way on the hard days. Thanksgiving came early.

Some look at the holidays as a time of pain. But I like to look at it as a time to get to know somone better. Looks like your having a great end to a tiresome year. I would love to read your book when it gets finished. You have given us all great advice and help. I can only imagine how great a read your thoughts and feelings are.

Damn you folks are fast. Trust me, I can't wait for it to be read, the only way to do finishing touches, (kind of like a statue rounding off rough edges or something out of whack), is to have folks read it and tear it apart. After completion that is the next step, so still a ways to go, the hard part seems behind. You hit it on head Shib, end to a tiresome year.

Having a few 'editors' revise your work is the only way to produce a truly 'polished' finished product. I'm sure you'll have plenty of volunteers. Congratulations on getting this far, and good luck with the next leg of your journey towards a final draft.

Been involved in a writers group for years now, it was the turning point of my writing. Very tough in begininning to see your work pulled apart, yet only way to truly shine in the end. One of the best experiences of my life, matter of fact off to meet them all tonight. Later

I'm outta here, so pumped going to do a late day workout, 2nd one of the day, already hit the eliptical for cardio this morning.
Topping it off with a few buds while we drunkenly tear apart the first 3/4's of my work, should be interesting. Everyone have a great night.

I love people who can write, your so talented. I have an excellent English prof at school who does a lot of writing and a few stage plays. I admire his talent and persistence when it comes to writing, you sound much the same, dedicated to your love of art work...yes it is artwork!
Wonderful, what a beautiful talent you have!
